Below is a general list of services we offer to meet the recommendations provided by CalFire, California State Law, and Insurance Companies.
Clear dead or dying grass, weeds or plants within 30 feet of the dwelling.
Ensuring trees, shrubs, wood piles, wooden patio furniture, and all other combustible items are at least 10 feet from each other.
Trimming all tree branches to at least 10 feet from other trees and a height at least 6 feet from the ground.
Cutting grass so that it is no more than 4 inches tall.
Ensuring combustible outbuildings, propane tanks, and wood piles should rest on top of 10 feet of bare soil in all directions and must be at least 10 feet from each other.
Upon completion of our Defensible Space Maintenance services, we offer clients a detailed PDF Invoice with descriptions and photos of our work that can be sent to insurance companies showing proof of property improvements.
